Edson is a senior physiotherapist with more than 15 years of experience in sports injury management and post-surgical rehabilitation, with a strong focus on ACL reconstruction recovery and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
He obtained his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Amazonia in Brazil. In Brazil, Edson worked with professional basketball and football teams and supported multiple international tennis and track & field competitions, gaining extensive experience in elite sports environments.
Edson has been practising in Singapore for over 10 years and has successfully treated hundreds of athletes across a wide range of sports and activity levels. He specialises in sports injury rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and performance-based conditioning, helping patients return safely and confidently to sport after surgery.
As a former competitive football player, Edson understands firsthand the demands of athletic performance and injury recovery. After relocating to Singapore, he participated in dragon boat racing and now focuses on triathlon and Half Ironman events, giving him practical insight into endurance sports training, injury prevention, and performance optimisation.

Colin's interest has always been in the field of complementary therapies.
After graduating with double diplomas in body and holistic massage therapy from two internationally recognized bodies (ITEC/CIBTAC), he decided to pursue a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy at Australasian College of Natural Therapies, a renowned complementary therapy college in Australia that specialized in treating patients with musculo-skeletal problems. He graduated with high distinction and has been working for many years as a freelance sports and lymphedema therapist in various clinics.

Colin has extensive experience in treating sports related muscle injuries, such as shin splints, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, lower back pain. He specializes in various techniques such as Sports massage, Myofascial Releases, Trigger Points Releases, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Exercise Therapy, Sports Taping and Dry Needling.

During his free time, Colin enjoys travelling, baking and spending time with his family. He loves swimming, tennis, bowling, jogging and is also an avid golfer.
Cesar Seguban
Senior Physiotherapist

Cesar Serrano Seguban is a Senior AHPC‑registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, specialising in the management of neck and back pain, postural‑related conditions, and chronic spinal discomfort commonly seen in office workers and active adults in Singapore.
He combines hands‑on manual therapy, neurodynamic techniques, and progressive exercise‑based rehabilitation to restore spinal mobility, improve movement control, and reduce pain recurrence. Cesar also incorporates rehabilitative Pilates and movement retraining to support active individuals in maintaining performance while preventing future injuries.
He is currently completing his Doctor of Manual Therapy with the Ola Grimsby Institute (USA) and remains committed to evidence‑based, long‑term outcomes.
