Edson is a physiotherapist with more than 15 years of experience.  
 

He obtained his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Amazonia in Brazil. While in Brazil, Edson worked with professional basketball and football teams as physiotherapist. Edson also supported several international tennis, and track&field competitions as a physiotherapist.

 

Edson has been working in Singapore for over 10years and and treated hundreds of athletes. He is specialized in sports injury and post surgery rehabilitation, and enjoys seeing his patients back to practicing sport after surgery.

Edson used to play competitive football in Brazil. He practiced dragon boat after moving to Singapore, and is now focusing on triathlon and half ironman races.

Colin's interest has always been in the field of complementary therapies.
After graduating with double diplomas in body and holistic massage therapy from two internationally recognized bodies (ITEC/CIBTAC), he decided to pursue a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy at Australasian College of Natural Therapies, a renowned complementary therapy college in Australia that specialized in treating patients with musculo-skeletal problems. He graduated with high distinction and has been working for many years as a freelance sports and lymphedema therapist in various clinics.  

Colin has extensive experience in treating sports related muscle injuries, such as shin splints, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, lower back pain. He specializes in various techniques such as Sports massage, Myofascial Releases, Trigger Points Releases, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Exercise Therapy, Sports Taping and Dry Needling.

During his free time, Colin enjoys travelling, baking and spending time with his family. He loves swimming, tennis, bowling, jogging and is also an avid golfer.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Triathlete, Juliana equips you with a personalised Nutrition plan, supplements recommendation (on a by need basis) and education on how to obtain total body fitness and better quality of life. 

With her personal journey as a triathlete for over 15 years, Juliana knows what it takes to last long in an endurance sport. 

After giving birth to twins, she experimented with nutrition to create solutions to account for how the body changes over the years. This paves the way so you are not only in the game today but for the foreseeable future. 

Juliana works with athletes of all levels: beginners to experts. Together, you will review your personal journey, goals, history, achievements, possible nutritional imbalances and then, set a nutritional plan to achieve results for better performance, quality of life and longevity in any sport or fitness goal.
